Important Owner and Tenant Information
Braemore Park is a wonderful neighborhood that was designed to promote a sense of community and low maintenance living. Braemore Park, however, is a land condominium, which requires compromise on all our parts due to the close proximity of our homes and because once we step off our porch, we are on community property. A complete copy of our Rules and governing documents are maintained on our website (BraemoreParkHoa.com), here are our Rules-At-A-Glance[1] to keep in mind which help us maintain order and ensure we respect the privacy of your neighbors, who live very close.

- Notify the association manager (Kathy Carlson, [email protected], 850.510.3452) of the moving date and type of truck.
- When arranging your move, please remember that Semi-Trucks are not permitted in the community. Our streets are narrow and will not accommodate these vehicles. - No commercial vehicle can spend the night on community property unless it fits in the garage.
