  •  Alligators:  Living in Florida comes with the realization that alligators and snakes live in the area too.  The nuisance alligator hotline is 866.FWC.GATOR (866.392.4886). 

 

  •  Animal Control:  Animal control problems should be reported to either the Tallahassee-Leon County Animal Shelter or the Leon County Humane Society.    

 

 

 

  • Digitally:  Improve your community.  Report an issue and watch it get fixed.  Report:  missed garbage pick-up, graffiti, potholes, streetlights out, etc.

  •  Garbage:  The City of Tallahassee's Solid Waste Services Department provides garbage, recycling, yard waste and bulky item collection services.  For questions on your Solid Waste Services, call 850.891.4YOU (850.891.4968) or click here. 

  •  Mosquito Control:  Leon County Mosquito Control services are available to all City and County residents.  Direct services include inspections, larvicide applications, hand spraying, truck sprays and, where appropriate, placement of mosquitofish.  For information or to request services in your area, click here and you will be directed to their website.
